Please, don’t take your car to this dealership. This is coming from somebody who has experience their horrible service twice and you might wonder, why twice, because I thought to give them a second chance. The first one was with a recall, they told me over the phone that it will take 2 days to get my car done, which ok… I think is fine, 5 days later, no update and when I ask them about my card Ruben response was, well come and pick it up if you think you can get it done somewhere else, which that exactly what I did and they fix it in 2 hours. 2nd experience, about 3 weeks ago, I took my car there due an emergency and because it was the closer place; BIG MISTAKE! They held my card for 7 days and guess who got my car again, Ruben, very nice at the beginning: “here’s my cel, my direct phone number” I was told again, it will take 2 days, nope… it took them 7 days for a simple fix! I called, texted and finally decide to show up. When I was there they told me oh! You car is ready and when I ask them why they didn’t contact me they said, the call me (LIE), they email (LIE, because I never disclosed my email). I put my complain in the “customer department” and I did got a response, they told me the manager they will get back to me. Today I got a call and at the end I had to laugh, because it’s a joke! The whole problem is the management team on that place and their staff is just the reflection of how that business is been directed. The manager got all defensive and before you think I was a “Karen” I have work on customer service for more than 20 years and I have seen any kind of customer. I was nice I say my side of the story and I told them that bad reviews are all over their page, he got all defensive and told me that I was not been fair because that only happen to me… you tell me, what kind of response is that from a general Manager? Please take your car to another place and save the headaches
